Reliable AI for your operations mess

Get the WorkDone.Without The Hire YouCan't Make.

We put AI where someone has to read something and decide, and reliable code everywhere else, so it keeps running after go-live.

The problem

Why does everything get harder as you grow?

You've built a good business. Steady clients, enough work, margins that work. And yet: the bigger you get, the more falls through the cracks. A request gets retyped three times.

Already hired people, and it's still a mess?

You hired someone for admin, and they're just as buried in it as you were. You bought a tool that was supposed to fix it, and it's sitting there unused.

Keep up or get left behind.

Companies like yours go one of two ways. You grow with what's now possible, or you get overtaken by the competitor who did.

The manifesto

“More people won't fix this.”

The instinct is: when it gets busy, hire someone, or work harder yourself. That's exactly what keeps you small. More hands on a process that depends on hands doesn't make it stronger, just more expensive. More of the same doesn't fix this. A different approach does.

You don't need more people. You need a system.

You can be the best tradesperson in the region and still stand still. You can have the best people on staff and still stand still. You can own every tool there is and still stand still.

Because almost everything that runs stiff right now comes down to one thing: the work depends on people doing it from memory or by hand. It's not a shortage of tools, you probably have too many. It's the absence of a system that does the work itself, reliably, even when it's busy.

And no, you don't have to do anything technical yourself. That's our job.

Why now?

AI adoption among Dutch SMEs roughly doubled this past year to around 70%. But the difference isn't between companies that use AI and companies that don't. It's between companies that build it seriously into their process…

What you get

Doing the same thing faster is only a delay. You can take on more work without hiring, you're no longer the bottleneck for every question…

This isn't for everyone.

Do you want everything to stay the same?

Then this isn't for you, and that's fine. But the way you got this far, manually, in your head, in a spreadsheet, isn't the way you grow from here. That way is what's keeping your business small now.

Growth stalls, quality suffers, and you're the one who's still fixing in the evening what didn't get done during the day.

Proof, not promises

8+ hours saved a week. 3 weeks to build.

“Not only did I go from 2-3+ hours to less than 1 hour of admin a day (answering emails, sending offers, etc.). More importantly, I don't have the worry of “Did I miss something or did I do it correct?”

Not just faster

An invoice can be internally perfect and still be wrong

Freelancers on MeetPartner's survey teams submit their own weekly invoice. One of them was flawless on its own terms: the math was right, the line items added up, and the declared total matched his own numbers exactly. Every check that looks at the paperwork alone would pass it.

Only one thing disagreed with it: MeetPartner's own independent time-tracking record, which the invoice itself never touches. Catching that means checking against a third source, not against itself.

How we start working together

Four steps, no long contract up front

  1. 1

    The Ops Call

20 to 30 minutes. No pitch. You walk us through how work moves today and where it gets stuck.

  2. 2

    The paid scope

One working session, 60 to 90 minutes. You leave owning a document: where work actually flows now, what those hours cost, a ranked list of what to fix first, what not to automate, and a fixed price and go-live date. Delivered within 5 working days.

  3. 3

    The build

Quoted at the scope and held at that price through delivery, go-live date in writing. If it doesn't do what was agreed by that date, we keep working until it does. No extra charge.

  4. 4

    Hypercare

Two to four weeks after go-live, so someone still owns the system while it beds in. A retainer after that, if you want one.

Pricing

Fixed prices, no surprises.

Start here — the scope analysis

€995

Before anything gets built, we map out exactly what needs to happen: where work flows now, what those hours cost, what to fix first and what not to automate. Within 5 working days you walk away with a document that's yours.

One workflow

€1,500 to €2,500

Not ready for the whole system yet? We put one workflow live first. Really live, within 2 to 4 weeks. If it doesn't do what was promised by the agreed date, we keep working until it does, at no extra charge. And since that workflow later becomes part of the full system, the amount rolls over fully if you continue.

The full system

€10,000 to €20,000+

Your right hand on WhatsApp: an agent that drives invoicing, planning and your ERP, so the work happens without you having to be there every time. Fixed at the scope stage, delivered within 4 to 8 weeks.

No hourly rate. A fixed price with a guarantee attached answers a different question than an hourly rate does: not how many hours this takes, but what it costs to solve.

An organisation-wide system, with links to your CRM or ERP across multiple departments, runs up to €50,000 and more. Most of what you need isn't that.

No. We connect what you have. Changing tools is a separate conversation, and usually not the first one worth having.
